The final stages of the event planning are well under way and the event is filling up :)

We are delighted to be working with you again to deliver this amazing event in 2018.

This page will guide you through the preparation steps to be taken to get the best engagement out of your event sponsorship. Follow the steps, they are in order of priority for delivery, but they do need to be done in parallel!



1. Guest registration

We require your registrations to be completed by cob Friday 26th October.

This allows us to cater for any special dietary requirements (allergies and restrictions) or accessibility needs.

We will ensure there is an appropriate selection of food of course, but we want to ensure your guests enjoyment of the event by doing our best to cater for their health needs.

3. attendee list

Platinum and Gold sponsors are entitled to receive the Attendee List, prior to the event, we will provide this to you by close of business Wednesday 31st October 🍷


2. banners

Please deliver your company banner (1) to the Partner&Prosper offices by Monday 29th October.

Deliver to: Partner&Prosper, Level 1, 76 Roberts Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017, or click here to download the delivery label 🚛

If you are unable to deliver these, feel free to bring them along to the event, we will endeavour to set them up for you, but you might need to help us out!

You can take them back with you from the event, or collect from the P&P offices in the following days


4. Promotional items

For Platinum and Gold Sponsors, you may include an optional door prize in your delivery.

Platinum Sponsors can also provide merchandise / promotional items, we require up to 100 of these to the Partner&Prosper offices by Monday 29th October.

We will provide a trestle table to place all items, there are no bags! 🌱

Whilst we can accommodate up to 300 people attending you can provide more items as you prefer.  We do also request you take any leftover items with you to avoid impacts on your marketing budgets and landfill 📜
