Please submit the speaker information form sent to you by Florian in the Dementia Symposium Speaker Information Email by Friday, 20 August.

19 October 2021
Presentation Submission

Presentations must be uploaded by 19th October. This is to ensure the presentation can be tested at the venue and any issues ironed out prior to the day.

Speaker Registration

Speakers receive complimentary attendance for the symposium. However, we do require you to provide some information through the below form, which has also been linked in the email.

This is so we can record any important information such as dietary and accessibility requirements and helps us ensure you have a smooth experience as a speaker for our event.

21 October - Presentation Upload

Please upload your presentation to the below link by 19th October. This ensures your presentation can be sufficiently tested on the venue’s systems and we can iron out any issues prior. If you would like to make updates, bring a USB on the day and we will update your presentation with the AV team.

26 October - Arrival Information

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you are scheduled to present. You are welcome to join us for the full day!

On arrival, please head to the upstairs ballroom. At the registrations desk, you will be greeted by Florian. He will give you your name badge and take you through to Jan who will run you through proceedings. You may bring an updated presentation on a USB. Jan will connect you with the AV team to get your presentation updated if need be.

There are approximately 5,000 car parking bays within a 10 minute walk of Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The City of Perth Convention Centre Car Park is located directly under the Centre.

Access: via Mill St, Mounts Bay Rd, or the Riverside Dv off-ramp from Mitchell Freeway.
