Marketing Materials
To ensure we can adequately promote your organisation through the Disability Support Award channels, there are a couple of things we require.
If you haven’t already, please ensure you have sent a high quality png/jpg version of your logo.
Please provide a short company bio by Friday, 16th July to events@partnerandprosper.com.au.
2. Presenter Names (Gold Sponsor)
Please provide us with the name of the person presenting your award by Wednesday, 11th August. View the presenter instructions for guidance.
2. Guest Registration
We require your registration details to be received by Friday, 20th August.
Gold sponsors receive 5 complimentary registrations and Silver sponsors receive 2 complimentary registrations.
This allows us to cater for any special dietary requirements (allergies and restrictions) or accessibility needs.
We will ensure there is an appropriate selection of food, of course, but will do our best to ensure your guests enjoyment and catering for everyone’s health needs.

If you are seeking additional tickets, you can purchase them through the DSA website. Early Bird ticket sales end on 4th August.
3. Promotional Video (Gold Only)
As a gold sponsor, you have the opportunity to provide a promotional video of up to 1 minute.
Your video will be announced by the MC as they are played during one of the breaks.
Videos can be submitted in .mp4 or .mov formats and must be captioned for accessibility. We can assist with the captioning if required. Sound will be provided for your video.
We require these videos by Friday, 20th August. Please upload them to this dropbox folder or send to events@partnerandprosper.com.au.
4. Promotional Items (Gold Only)
For Gold Sponsors, you may include promotional items in your delivery. We require these at the Partner&Prosper offices by Friday, 27th August. Please use the delivery label.
We are aiming for 700 guests attending, but we will keep you informed as sales progress.. We do also request you take any leftover items with you to avoid impacts on your marketing budgets and landfill. 📜
5. Banners (Gold Only)
Please deliver your company banner (1) by Friday 27th August.
Deliver to: Partner&Prosper, Level 1, 76 Roberts Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017, or download the delivery label. 🚛
If you are unable to deliver these, please bring them along to the event, we will endeavour to set them up for you, but you might need to help us out!
Collection can be organised by pick-up or courier from the venue via the collection label on the first business day following the event, or from the Partner&Prosper offices. We are not able to return your banners.
6. Door Prize
As a sponsor, you have the option to provide a door prize.
Please deliver your door prize by Friday 27th August.

7. Help us promote the event!
Disability Support Awards Logo 1 - include on your marketing.
Disability Support Awards Logo 2 - white version to include on your marketing.
Facebook Event - Ensure you and your guests are attending the Facebook Event.
Website - share to your media channels.
Email Signature File - Include your logo in the blank space on the right.
