Marketing Materials
To ensure we can adequately promote your organisation through the IDPWD channels, there are a couple of things we always require, but we have everything we need!
November is when we will be sharing all our sponsors on social media. Please ensure you follow the NDS WA channels below, watch for those posts where your organisation is tagged and share this upcoming special day.
2. Promotional Items
You may include one promotional item in the guest gift bags. We need these at the Partner&Prosper offices by Monday, 22nd November, to give us time to pack the bags. Please use the delivery label.
We are aiming for 700 guests attending, but we will keep you informed as sales progress. We will ensure any leftover items are returned to you to avoid impacts on your marketing budgets and landfill. 📜
3. Door Prize
As a sponsor, you have the option to provide a door prize, and everyone loves a door prize!.
Please deliver your door prize by Friday, 26th November.

4. Guest Registration
We require your registration details to be received by Friday, 19th November.
Gold sponsors receive 10 complimentary registrations.
This allows us to cater for any special dietary requirements (allergies and restrictions), accessibility needs and to create the table seating plan.
We will ensure there is an appropriate selection of food, of course, but will do our best to ensure your guests enjoyment and catering for everyone’s health needs.

If you are seeking additional tickets, you can purchase them through the NDS website.
6. Promotional Video
You have the opportunity to provide a promotional video of up to 1 minute.
Your video will be announced by the MC as they are played during one of the breaks.
Videos can be submitted in .mp4 or .mov formats and must be captioned for accessibility. We can assist with the captioning if required. Sound will be provided for your video.
We require these videos by Friday, 26th November. Please upload them to this dropbox folder or send to events@partnerandprosper.com.au.
7. Banners
Please deliver your company banner (1) by Friday 26th November.
Deliver to: Partner&Prosper, Level 1, 76 Roberts Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017, or download the delivery label. 🚛
If you are unable to deliver these, please bring them along to the event, we will endeavour to set them up for you, but you might need to help us out!
Collection can be organised by pick-up or courier from the venue on the first business day following the event, or from the Partner&Prosper offices. We are not able to return your banners.
8. The Marketplace
Before and after the event, please support our micro-enterpises at the marketplace! There will be many stalls ready to help you solve your Christmas present preparations!
Bring your purses and wallets, come a little early or stay a little later, the marketplace will be open till 3pm.
9. Help us promote the event!
