Marketing Materials
All sponsors
To ensure we can adequately promote your organisation through the IDPWD channels, we require a logo from you and a short blurb about why you are sponsoring the event. You can complete the form here to submit your materials.
November is when we will be sharing all our sponsors on social media. Please ensure you follow the NDS WA channels below, watch for those posts where your organisation is tagged and share this upcoming special day.
Please send your logo and blurb by Tuesday, 21st November.
2. Guest Registration
All sponsors
We require your registration details to be received by Tuesday, 21st November.
Sponsor registrations:
Gold - 10
Silver - 2
This allows us to cater for any dietary requirements (allergies and restrictions), accessibility and to create the table seating plan.

If you are seeking additional tickets, you can purchase them through the NDS website.
3. Door Prize
All sponsors
As a sponsor, you have the option to provide a door prize, and everyone loves a door prize!
Please deliver your door prize by Friday, 24th November or bring it yourself on the day.

4. Promotional Video
All sponsors
You have the opportunity to provide a promotional video of up to 1 minute.
Your video will be announced by the MC as it is played during one of the breaks.
Videos can be submitted in .mp4 or .mov formats and must be captioned for accessibility. We can assist with the captioning if required. Should your video have sound, speakers will be provided.
We require these videos by Friday, 24th November. Please upload them to via the materials form.
5. Banners
Gold and Platinum only
Please deliver your company banner (1) by Friday 24th November.
Deliver to: Partner&Prosper, Level 1, 76 Roberts Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017, or download the delivery label. 🚛
If you are unable to deliver these, please bring them along to the event, we will endeavour to set them up for you, but you might need to help us out!
Collection can be organised by pick-up or courier from the venue on the first business day following the event, or from the Partner&Prosper offices. We are not able to return your banners.
6. The Marketplace
Before and after the event, please support our micro-enterpises at the marketplace! There will be many stalls ready to help you kick-start your Christmas shopping.
Bring your purses and wallets, come a little early or stay a little later, the marketplace will be open prior to the event at 11:00am till 3:00pm.
7. Help us promote the event!

The lunch celebrates the achievements of people with disability in Western Australia. Co-designed with people with disability, the theme of this year’s lunch is ‘Leading the Change for improved opportunities and advancement of people with disability’, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
