At the end of the day, projects are delivered by people. Tools, processes, templates are valuable, but if you can’t engage, entertain, and motivate the people in and around your project then you won’t be going anywhere fast.  In this session, Mohammed will take us through what it means to be an effective, authentic leader.

Gauge your personality and that of your key stakeholders, create relationships that form a foundation to navigate both uncertainty and trying times, minimise team conflict, and inspire others to deliver results.  Come along to hear what Mohammed has to share (insights and real-world examples) and walk away with some simple advice to take your approach to project management to the next level.
